Prof. Zhang Xuezhe's book the Theory and Case Analysis of European Company Law was published by the China University of Political Science and Law Press in July 2013. This book is the research result of the 2011-2014 EU Jean Monnet Programme (Contract Number 2011-3251/001-001) led by Prof. Zhang Tong, and is also one of the 'EU Jean Monnet Programme Series'.
Based on the main judgments of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) guaranteeing the fundamental freedoms of the four market elements of the EU internal market, goods, services, employees and capital, this book analyzes the theoretical generation and judicial practice of European company law in the operation of the EU internal market.
