A/Prof. Xie Libin attended the International Conference on Der Dritte Sektor als Infrastruktur-Akteur held by Hamburg Chamber of Commerce in Germany on 27-29 Nov, 2013.
Scholars from Germany, China, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal and Hungary joined in this event. The conference language was German. Discussions on how the NGOs provide infrastructure were held on the conference. Prof. Xie presented a report on the events that NGOs in China have hold in the field of infrastructure, and had a lively interaction with the attendees.
