The Faculty Meeting of the college was held on Xueyuanlu Campus on the afternoon of 20 April, 2021. Dean of the College Xie Zhiyong, Chair of the College Council Wang Fang, Associate Dean Xie Libin and the whole of the faculty attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xie Libin.
At the meeting, Prof. Fei Anling was invited to give a lecture on the theme of the Perplexity and Confidence of University Teachers in Fulfilling the Mission of Scientific Research” to the teaching faculty members. She encouraged young lecturers to maintain curiosity, tranquility and confidence in scientific research.
Then, combining with the key contents of recent inspection and rectification of the University, Xie Zhiyong explained and deployed the construction plan of the teaching faculty and the construction plan of the College’s internationalization, and assigned the key tasks of postgraduate enrollment, training and thesis defense. Xie Libin talked about the reorganization plan of scientific research and arranged the main assignments in research. Wang Fang stressed the work priorities of students’ employment and mental health, the content of ideological responsibility and the study and education of the Party’s history, and laid out the specific arrangements for the study and education of the Party’s history.
