A/Prof. Xu Yan's book the Theory and Practice of EU Tax Law was published by the China University of Political Science and Law Press in August 2018. This book is the research result of the 2015-2018 EU Jean Monnet Programme (Contract Number 2015-2285/001-001) led by Prof. Zhang Tong, and is also one of the ‘EU Jean Monnet Project Series’.
This book focuses on the analysis of the coordination mechanism of the EU Customs Union, the EU VAT regulation and other indirect taxes, especially the domestic law conversion of the EU tax law, and interprets the latest development of the EU tax law and the international tax law in the post-BEPS era from the practical level.
