From this September term on, Dr. Clemens Richter has been appointed as the Deputy Dean (German side) of the Sino-German Institute of Law (CDIR).
Dr. Clemens Richter was graduated from Leipzig University. His research area includes the EU law, international public law and comparative public law. Before his term at the Sino-German Institute of Law, Dr. Richter used to conduct teaching and research work at the Hamburger University, and was appointed as the Executive Dean of the China-EU School of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law from the summer of 2014-2017.
