The Jean Monnet Program held by Professor Zhang Tong, Director of the European Law Institute of the College, and the School of Juris Master co-organised two lectures on European Law and German Law on Changping Campus on the evening of 9 March and 16 March, 2017.
Former Dean of Law School of Minster University Prof. Reiner Schulze gave a lecture on the Introduction to the Format Contract in German and European Civil Law on the evening of 9 March. Prof. Zhang Tong moderated the lecture, Prof. Yu Fei and Dr. Wu Lan from CUPL were also present. Dr. Jin Jing from the China Youth University of Political Studies interpreted the lecture.
Former Judge of Minster Area Dr. Dorothee Schulze gave a lecture on the Transformation of Concept of Family in German Law on the evening of 16 March. Prof. Jin Mei from Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School of CUPL moderated the lecture. A/Prof. Ding Qiang from the College and A/Prof. Chen Han from the School attended the lecture. Dr. Jin Jing was the interpreter.
