In order to enhance the academic exchange on constitution between China and Germany, the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law, the China-Germany Law Institute of China University of Political Science and Law and the German Albert Fund are going to hold the fourth China-Germany Constitution Forum on 7 September, 2013 in Beijing. Attendants from Germany are noted scholars including the judge of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany Prof. Dr. Reinhard Gaier.
The symposium will be take constitutional property rights as the theme to discuss the current property rights under the constitutional norms to a constitutional dogmatics perspective in the context of China.
The subject of the discussion will be:
(1) the concept of property (right): how to understand the meaning of property (right) on the constitution?
(2) the protection of property (right): to what extent the property (right) should be protected?
(3) the obligations and limitations of property (right): is property (right) obligated? by what limits?
